Once an order is placed, we'll follow up within 2 business days with an extra shipping charge - which will typically be about 12% over the original shipping charge. We need to do this for a few reasons:

The items did indeed arrive safely and they look wonderful, thank you so much for all your help. From a customs point of view it was a bit of a pain actually. I didn’t hear from [the carrier] directly, it was only when you emailed did I realise it was here [in London]. And then I had to drive to a central collection point to pay the customs (£80 I think) and collect the item...
