If you are dissatisfied in any way with the standard, non-custom products you have ordered from us, you may return it within 14 days of the initial shipment for a complete refund. The refund will include the original cost and original shipping charges. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging. Please allow 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise for processing of your refund.
We stand behind our work. Our job is to build your insert to your specifications. Should you find a defect in workmanship or materials, contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will correct the problem at our expense. We reserve the right to repair or replace the item.
Your job is to carefully measure and design your insert, and we can't take responsibility for your mistakes. If you inadvertently provided incorrect measurements, please let us know. We may be able to help you work out a solution.
