Shipping Commitment:
Unless noted otherwise, standard-sized items ship within two days of receiving an order. Custom items ship within 10 business days of receiving payment and approved layout instructions. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders should arrive on your doorstep 2-3 business days after we ship your order.
Satisfaction Commitment:
Non-customized items - OrderlyDrawer.com wants all our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If you are dissatisfied in any way with the standard, non-custom products you have ordered from us, you may return it within 14 days of the initial shipment for a complete refund. The refund will include the original cost and original shipping charges. All items must be returned in “as new” condition in the original packaging. Please allow 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise for processing of your refund.
Custom Items - We cannot accept returns on custom merchandise unless there is a problem with workmanship or materials. If you find a defect in workmanship or materials and contact us within 30 days of purchase, we will correct the problem at our expense. We take care to construct custom items according to the dimensions given to us. If we sized something incorrectly, we’ll bear the cost of correcting our mistake. If you inadvertently provided incorrect measurements, please let us know. We may be able to help you work out a “fix” for your insert.
